Vertical cultivation racks
The vertical cultivation rack is a multi-layer system that can be easily applied in both existing and new spaces. The racks are made of thermally galvanized steel and can be supplied both fixed and mobile.
The biggest advantage of the cultivation racks from KG Systems is that they are not produced in standard sections. This gives KG Systems the possibility to adjust the width and length to the nearest millimeter. The bases can also be the entire length of the rack without interruptions, which creates more cultivation surface.
The fixed cultivation racks are mounted to a concrete floor or ceiling with anchors. The mobile racks are equipped with galvanized rails over which the racks are moved.
The mobile racks can also be supplied with a mechanical support. This is used for long racks so that they can be easily moved.
In addition, the mobile racks are supplied with anti-tilt rails that prevent the racks from tipping over.
The cultivation racks can also be equipped with walkways that are robust and portable. This gives growers fast, efficient and above all safe access to the crops.
