Our Skytree Cumulus produces up to 20 kg of CO₂ per day and is ideal for vertical farms or greenhouses. The system operates through an advanced process of direct air capture (DAC), where CO₂ molecules are filtered from the air and concentrated for storage. Growers can then release this CO₂ in a controlled manner into their greenhouses to boost plant photosynthesis, leading to improved crop growth and higher yields. The Cumulus system is compact, energy-efficient, and easy to integrate into existing cultivation systems, making it a sustainable and cost-effective solution for growers aiming to enhance productivity while adopting environmentally friendly practices. Moreover, the system is modular – one can stack up to three main units, allowing for easy scaling to meet the specific needs of different operations.
The Cumulus System is composed of three parts: the main unit, the control unit and the storage tank. It operates in three simple steps: First, a fan pushes air through The Main Unit where CO₂ is captured while air is released back into the environment. Once captured, The Main Unit seals and creates a vacuum to start the desorption process. By heating the filter, the CO₂ is released. If you need more capacity, simply stack up to three Main Units to boost production. Next, The Control Unit removes moisture and achieves over 90% purity. Finally, the CO₂ is compressed in the storage tank and ready for use !
