Vertical Product Inspection
This combi system is made for X-ray inspection and checkweighing of products, such as: bottles, stand-up pouches, jars and tetra packs. With this system you not only detect metals in your products, but also other materials such as plastic, stone, rubber and bone remains, foreign objects and missing products and shapes. Your products are also immediately checked for weight. If the products do not meet your requirements, they are immediately ejected. With this compact system you are always assured of the best quality control and inspection.
Stability guaranteed
This combined X-ray and checkweigher is specifically designed to inspect and check standing or vertical products. The side belts on this system ensure that all products move stably over the belt and that you can determine the distance between the products.
Space saving and optimal quality control
This new Pen-Tec combi system has one interface and consists of one unit. The X-ray inspection and weighing take place simultaneously. Everything is transparent and adjustable via one user-friendly control panel. It is of course possible to activate the technologies separately from each other. This way you always have full control over your inspection process.
Easy to maintain and clean
The rear panel of this new system is fitted with a flap. It is easy to open to give you complete access to the inspection and control area inside the machine. This makes it possible to clean and maintain all elements much easier and more accurately. So you no longer have to worry about small product residues being left behind. Everything is completely cleaned quickly and accurately.
