THE ROLE
As our Production Manager, you’ll be a key player in orchestrating the manufacturing of our DAC units. We work with contract manufacturers (CMOs) located across the globe, in countries like Estonia, Finland, Poland, the United States, and Malaysia. Your challenge? To ensure the smooth and efficient production of these complex systems, meeting our ambitious production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on management, and international collaboration. You’ll be responsible for:
Crafting and implementing winning strategies: You’ll develop and execute comprehensive plans for logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring a seamless flow of materials and finished goods across continents.
Driving on-time delivery: Meeting our production schedule is paramount. You’ll be the maestro of our manufacturing operations, ensuring timely delivery of our DAC units to customers worldwide.
Building strong partnerships: You’ll cultivate strong relationships with our CMOs and vendors, acting as a trusted partner and fostering collaboration across continents and cultures.
Leading and inspiring a global team: You’ll be responsible for hiring and managing a talented team of Production Support Engineers based at our CMO locations, as well as a team of regional logistics and inventory planning specialists. Your leadership will be key to their success.
Championing quality and efficiency: You’ll be a relentless advocate for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll drive initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance the overall performance of our manufacturing operations.
