As a fitter, you are responsible for various construction, assembly and repair activities, such as building steel and greenhouse structures and assembling roof and facade systems. You often work on project locations, both inside and outside in all stages of realization, such as greenhouse complexes, open construction, production space and utility construction.
In addition, you ensure that you leave your workplace tidy, you keep track of your hours and material consumption per project on a daily basis and you monitor short lines with colleagues and customers.
