How does it work?
- First register for HortiContact: after registration you will receive an email with which you can create your account in the app.
- Download the Easyfairs NL app: the app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
- Set up your profile: tell us your interests, company details and what you are looking for during the fair.
- Start matching: Start exploring our recommendations, connect with fellow industry professionals and plan your visit.
- Enjoy HortiContact: with your planning at your fingertips, you can focus on making new connections and gathering valuable insights!

The app goes live approximately two weeks before the start of the event. At that time you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
Visitors, speakers and exhibitors can log in to the Easyfairs NL app, where they can follow the latest news from the event and connect with other visitors, exhibitors or speakers. With the app they can:
- View the knowledge program and plan sessions in their agenda
- Networking with other visitors, exhibitors or speakers
- Plan appointments with others during the event
- View speaker and exhibitor information
- View the map
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL. Or click on ‘Download the app’ in the welcome email you receive.
After registering for the fair, you will receive a email to activate your account for the Easyfairs NL app. Enter the email address you registered with and the registration ID/badge ID from the email. You then create a password with which you can log in in the future.
Click on the ‘Help?’ button in the app to contact us so that the email can still be sent. Or email us at invitation@easyfairs.com.
You will find all participating companies in the exhibitor list. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with each other or schedule an appointment.
Under ‘App users’ you will see all users of the app. If you want to make contact with another visitor of the fair, search for this person and click on ‘Show interest’ to express your interest.
The entire program is visible in the app, under the section ‘program’. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to the agenda by clicking on the ‘Add to agenda’ button for the session.
‘Recommended for you’ will show recommendations that are displayed specifically for you, such as exhibitors, stand crew, other visitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and your interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
