Company information is pre-filled from My Easyfairs. All you need to do is prepare your schedule for the event using the app, so visitors can communicate with you in advance and schedule meetings during the event.

  1. Register Your Booth Staff: After registration, they will receive an email to create their account in the app.
  2. Set Up Your User Profile: Tell us about your interests and what you’re looking for at the event.
  3. Download the App: Download the app and enjoy its benefits anytime, anywhere.

The app will go live approximately three weeks before the event. At that time, you will find the links here to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

FAQ

With the app, you can connect and schedule meetings with visitors, speakers, or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge program and schedule sessions in your calendar, explore speaker and exhibitor information, and consult the event map.

The app is available for download in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Simply search for Easyfairs NL.

After registering your booth staff, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then set a password, which they can use for future logins.

Click the “Help?” button in the app to get in touch, so the email can be resent. Or send an email to uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.

Under ‘App Users,’ you can see all the users of the app. If you want to connect with, for example, a visitor to the trade show, search for the person and click ‘Show Interest’ to express your interest.

In the exhibitor list, you’ll find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show Interest’ to indicate that you’re interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can start chatting or schedule a meeting.

The entire program is visible in the app under the ‘Program’ section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your calendar by clicking the ‘Add to Calendar’ button next to the session.

Under ‘Recommended for You,’ you’ll see personalized recommendations such as visitors, booth staff, and other exhibitors. These suggestions are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies, or skip them if you prefer.
