The badge reader(s) that you receive as an exhibitor during your participation are intended to make the visitor experience even better. With these readers, visitors can easily gather information about your organization, products and perhaps even vacancies. The number of badge readers that you receive depends on the EasyGo package you have chosen. The badge reader sends the information that you have uploaded in your My Easyfairs profile. This allows you to retain control over the information that you share with visitors.
How does it work?
Visitors can easily scan your badge reader on the stand with their badge (which they receive when entering the exhibition floor). As a result, they receive your product and company information (which you have uploaded via My Easyfairs) via e-mail the next day.

This puts you in the lead and scans the badges of interesting visitors that you spoke during your participation. In the app you can add notes and make comments so that following up conversations becomes even easier. In addition, encourage your visitors to scan your badge reader so that you can also exchange information with visitors that you have not spoken to. If you have GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will receive the list of details of the visitors who have scanned your badge reader.
