Grower, thanks to our innovation you will save at least 60% on your annual gas consumption. How does Sprinkler Energy achieve this? We are the only one in the Netherlands that uses your water storage on location. This could be, for example: a sprinkler tank, water silo or pond. We then turn this water storage into a primary heat source.
As a grower, your basin often contains thousands of cubic meters of water. With the right techniques, this source of water can serve as a potential source of thermal energy.
We use various heat pumps to generate heat in the water storage. An air-water and a water-water heat pump are connected by means of Supply and return pipes linked to your water buffer. This technique is similar to heat-cold storage in the ground, but the big advantage is that with our installation you do not have to lay new pipes in the ground. With our innovation you use your existing installation:
water storage and your water-based central heating system.
The solution is therefore not only cost-efficient, but also provides a higher return (Coefficient or performance of 5).
With the extracted energy, the Model SE450W from Sprinkler Energy can heat the water in your central heating system to a maximum of 65ºC. This allows you to achieve a minimum gas saving of 60%.
